We are pleased to announce that by Ordinance of the President of Ukraine №153/2024, our partner, Sergiy Gryshko, has been re-appointed to the arbitration panels established within the framework of the dispute settlement procedure under Articles 306 and 307 of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community, and their Member States (the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement).

Sergiy was first appointed to the arbitration panels in 2017 pursuant to Articles 306 and 307 of the EU Ukraine Association Agreement.
