Last Friday, our of counsel Marcin J. Menkes, chaired the conference exploring “New Facets of the Capital Market: Sustainability and Transformational Challenges.” The event organized for the SGH Warsaw School of Economics postgraduate program on the law and economics of the capital market unfolded against the impressive backdrop of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Marek Dietl, the CEO of Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), delivered a compelling opening keynote, which was followed by a dynamic panel discussion, featuring insights from Magdalena Hilgner, Magdalena Raszkowska-Kaczmarek, Stanisław Barański, Michał Mysłowski, Tomasz Pietrzak, Wojciech Lukawski skillfully moderated by Wojciech Kobyliński, PhD.

The event, held under the honorary patronage of SGH Provost Piotr Wachowiak, was executed in partnership with Queritius and Linklaters.
