We are excited to announce Queritius is opening an office in Zagreb with Dalibor Valinčić joining as Partner and Head of the new office.

Dalibor is one of the leading arbitration practitioners in Croatia with over 15 years of diverse dispute experience and a strong focus on investment and commercial arbitration. He is a member of the ICC Arbitration Commission and co-head of the Eastern Europe Group of the International Bar Association’s Arbitration Committee. He had already joined forces with Queritius before, successfully representing the interests of MOL Group in a USD 230 million ICSID arbitration case against the Republic of Croatia.

We are delighted to start this collaboration and mark an even stronger international dispute resolution presence in Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS.
