Jan Bałdyga

Jan Bałdyga is an Associate at Queritius. He focuses on commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Jan has been involved in resolving complex commercial disputes across sectors, including construction, real estate, energy and mining, conducted under various institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules such as the ICC, SAC, UNCITRAL, SAKIG, the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration and SIAC.
Jan is an advocate trainee in Poland and a PhD candidate at the University of Warsaw. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Warsaw and a MIDS LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement jointly offered by the University of Geneva and the Geneva Graduate Institute.
Prior to joining Queritius, Jan worked in the dispute resolution practices of leading law firms in Geneva and Warsaw.
