Queritius Kyiv Team has secured an important victory for the client in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Queritius has successfully represented ŠKODA JS, a leading Czech manufacturer of nuclear energy equipment, as a claimant in an arbitration brought under the auspices of the ICAC against a major Ukrainian SOE. This arbitration was brought for the recovery of the respondent’s debt for the supplied energy equipment in the amount of approximately EUR 2 million.

The proceeding commenced in September 2021, and despite difficult times caused by russian aggression against Ukraine, the Queritius Kyiv Team succeeded to appear at every hearing in Kyiv and submitted all the necessary evidence important for rendering a fair award in the client’s favour.
