Last week, Queritius hosted a webinar on Dispute Resolution in Singapore: A Practical Overview, bringing together experienced practitioners for a timely and engaging discussion on one of the leading arbitration hubs globally.

The session, moderated by Aleksandra Kozerska, featured insights from Alessa Pang, Colin Seow and Wojciech Sadowski, who shared their perspectives on how dispute resolution works in Singapore in practice.

The discussion was both insightful and well-balanced, covering key aspects of arbitration and litigation as well as practical considerations for parties involved in cross-border disputes. The panel offered a candid and experience-driven view on what makes Singapore an attractive venue, as well as the challenges and strategic choices parties face when navigating proceedings in the region.

We were particularly pleased to see strong engagement from participants, with many staying until the end of what proved to be a very interesting and smoothly flowing conversation.
