We are delighted to share that Sergiy Gryshko has been re-elected as Chair of the Ukrainian Bar Association Committee on Procedural Law, one of the oldest committees within the UBA.

During his first term (2023–2025), the Committee played an active role in expert discussions, legislative initiatives, professional events, submitting amici curiae briefs, and issuing appeals to various authorities to address the pressing needs of the justice system in Ukraine Sergiy was actively involved in improving procedural law.

In his second term, Sergiy remains committed to strengthening the rule of law, raising professional standards, and advancing procedural legislation. His key priority continues to be advocating for procedural law reforms that the Committee has been working on since 2020.

With Sergiy’s re-election, the Committee will continue its core work in line with the UBA’s strategic goals – ensuring fair, inclusive, and representative professional discussion during the difficult times of the full-scale war of aggression against Ukraine. Our voice is louder together.
