Together with SoDA – Software Development Association Poland, Queritius recently hosted a webinar exploring disputes in the IT sector and legal risks associated with the growing use of AI tools.

During the session, Joanna Iwanicka and Alexey Pirozhkin discussed practical examples inspired by real-life disputes, including issues related to AI-generated content, intellectual property ownership, scope changes in IT projects, and effective dispute resolution strategies. The webinar also covered arbitration and mediation as tools for resolving technology-related disputes.
