Queritius at Six: 6 Lessons Learned – and Counting
30. 03. 2026
Key takeaways
- Six years of growth from a small team to an international dispute resolution practice
- Presence across Warsaw, Budapest, Kyiv and Zagreb
- Insights from partners on building a cross-border arbitration practice
March has been a busy one – but just in time, we are celebrating an important milestone: Queritius turns six.
From a small team to an international practice, we have grown rapidly – perhaps only rivalled by our coffee consumption on busy arbitration days.
With offices in Warsaw, Budapest, Kyiv and Zagreb, and colleagues working across Europe, we have handled complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions, acting both as counsel and arbitrators. Along the way, we have gained experience, perspective and, perhaps most importantly, a deeper understanding of what truly matters in building a strong and trusted practice.
Lessons from the Queritius journey
To mark the occasion, we asked our partners – Alicja Zielińska-Eisen, Dalibor Valinčić, Sergiy Gryshko, Petra Pataki, Dániel Dózsa and Wojciech Sadowski – to share one lesson or insight from their time at Queritius.
Each of these reflections captures a different aspect of our journey, from professional growth and client relationships to teamwork and firm culture. Together, they offer a snapshot of the values and principles that continue to shape Queritius today.
A people-driven firm
Above all, Queritius is about people. Our development over the past six years would not have been possible without the dedication, collaboration and passion of our team.
We are equally grateful to our clients, colleagues and friends for their continued trust and support.
As we look ahead, we remain focused on what has brought us here – delivering high-quality work, building strong relationships and continuing to grow as a truly international dispute resolution practice.
Here’s to the next chapter. 🥂
